GARDEN STATE SOCCER LEAGUE
                              LEAGUE CUP
                           2005/2006 SEASON

                              GUIDELINES

 All games are played under the rules of the Garden State Soccer League
 as during the regular season except for the following:

    1. There will be ONE Men League Cup Tournament for all A and B
       divisions teams together.
       There will be ONE Men Over-30 League Cup Tournament for all North
       and South Divisions teams together.

    2. No SEMIPRO Division players can play in this Tournament.

    3. Groups may be formed at the discretion of the League.

    4. Substitution during the WHOLE Tournament and for ALL teams
       will be UNLIMITED IN and OUT at the time that the ball is dead
       for either team, with permission of the referee.

    5. Grace period is 15 minutes for the travelling team only.

    6. The Qualification Round games will be played on Sundays,
       League Cup Playoffs games will be played on Sunday(s)
       based on the published schedule.

    7. NO POSTPONEMENTS for any reason: if you cannot play on the
       assigned date and time, you forfeit, UNLESS PLAYING A STATE
       OR NATIONAL CUP GAME.

    8. Games postponed because of weather (this is the only reason
       why a game is not played when scheduled) will be rescheduled
       and MUST be played not later than the last day of Qualification
       round games.

    9. FORFEITS, FINES AND SUSPENSIONS are same as in regular season.

   10. GAMES CHANGES (time and location) must be coordinated with
       the CUP COORDINATOR.

   11. BOTH teams will REPORT THE SCORE AND SCORERS, on the night of the
       game, to the CUP COORDINATOR, for all games except the Finals.

   12. REFEREE FESS will be SPLIT among the two teams independently
       from which team is the home team during all games except for
       the Semi and Finals Games.
