Instruction how to use the new Registration forms in PDF format

 

The forms provided can be filled out using Adobe Acrobat Reader (this is available for FREE from or Adobe Acrobat Standard/Professional (these are programs you must purchase, they are not free) or any other PDF program you prefer.

If you are using Acrobat Reader, you will only be able to fill out the form and print it, but you won’t be able to save it.

To fill out the form, just open the form in a PDF program.

For the CHECK BOX fields, just place your mouse over the appropriate check box and press the left button on your mouse. If you are using Acrobat Reader, a warning message will appear saying that you will not be able to save any changes; just click OK to close the dialog box. If you put a check in the wrong box, just click it again to clear the check mark.

For all other fields, you can just type the appropriate information.

When finished typing, press the TAB KEY to move the cursor to the next field.

When you have completed the form: If you are using Acrobat Standard/Professional you can SAVE the form and PRINT it. If you are using Acrobat Reader, you can only print the form.
